There'll be more than a hint of literary magic in the air when two native Dubliners combine for this unique performance.
Using poetry as their inspiration, two outstanding vocalists, Susan McKeown and Christine Tobin, share the bill in the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel.
McKeown, a Grammy Award winning vocalist will perform Singing in the Dark, a show that creativity and madness through the lyrics of poets and writers from Byron to Jeff Buckley.
Tobin, cited by The Guardian as being to jazz what PJ Harvey is to rock, will perform Sailing to Byzantium, a collection of songs matching the poems of Yeats to her extraordinary voice.
