It is well known that Richie Egan, the man behind Jape, is one of Ireland’s best musicians and one of the loveliest men you will ever meet in your life. He even won the Choice Music Prize twice! His albums Ocean Of Frequency, Ritual and The Monkeys In The Zoo Have More Fun Than Me are stone cold future classics. And of course, his live performances are some of the best, danciest, sweatiest gigs you’ll ever see up and down the country.
But what is slightly less known about Richie Egan (only to a select band of followers) is that he is also the best Irish musician on Twitter. The insanely talented Irish man tweets like a demon. If you want good music and film recommendations, sports commentary, tour van tidbits and general craic, then he’s your man. It also helps that he is absolutely hilarious.
